Topographical Map of the course.

The men’s  ~10km race will cover the following 2 k loop repeated 5 times

A-B-C-G-H-J-K-L-M-N .

 For the final loop they will finish at O.

The women’s ~5km race will cover  a 1 km loop (A-B-J-K-L-M-N) followed by 2 repetitions of the same 2 km loop as the men ( B-C-G-H-J-K-L-M-N). 

For the final loop they will finish at O.
