At any international event, transport is always the area everyone dreads, but don’t worry we have a solution that will work very well.

1. Arrivals – A bus schedule for the Toronto or Kingston airports will be available once all teams’ travel details are collated.  At Toronto airport you may have to wait a couple of hours before leaving, depending on when other teams arrive, so please be patient.
2. During your stay – there will be a shuttle service that takes you from the hotel to the practice/race course as well as to lunch and dinner at Queen’s (both approximately 15 minutes away).  The routes taken for practice or meals will go through downtown Kingston, so there will be an opportunity for you to get off the bus, should you wish to. A convenient drop off and pick up point will be determined.  Getting to practice and to meals is our priority.
3. Departures – once again transport to the Toronto or Kingston airports will be scheduled to ensure you catch your planes.
4. The scheduled transport is not for general site seeing or other requests.  You may wish to consider hiring your own transport if you want more flexibility.  Kingston has several major car rental companies, including Enterprise Car Rental which is the major car rental supporter of Queen’s Athletics.
