For those countries requiring a Visa to enter Canada, the xc2010 Organizing Committee has filed a Notice of an International Event with Citizenship and Immigration Canada in order to help you facilitate the processing of visa applications.
We have provided to each country currently registered a letter of invitation to the Championships. Please contact us if you have not received this letter. T o help expedite your visa applications, please send us the following information (which you will submit with your visa applications) if you have not already done so.
For each team member:
- Name in full (as shown in passport)
- Date of Birth (day/month/year)
- Gender
- Passport Number
- Passport Expiry Date
The Organizing Committee will coordinate ground transport, accommodation and meals for the period April 7 to April 12, for which each participant will pay a per diem fee. Please notify us of travel arrangements that fall outside of this schedule to allow for alternate arrangements.
Please inform us of expected arrival and departure dates and location as soon as possible. We will provide transportation to and from the Kingston airport and the Toronto airport.
